Acara solutions is hiring for **Material Handler Paint line.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare material for paint process, identifying appropriate tool(s) and method(s) to ensure clean smooth surfaces.
- Inspect final product for cosmetic, coverage, cure, adhesion and thickness.
- Load and unload product from the paintline and ensure conveyor to part continuity.
- Perform tasks specific to the Waste Water Treatment including monitoring operation, system start-up/shut-down.
- Prioritize jobs per required date and/or based on supervision direction.
- Inform supervisor of potential production or material problems, including delay in shipment.
- Regularly maintain equipment as per Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) sheet including daily maintenance on guns and equipment. (Powder Booths/PreWash/Waste Water Treatment/or General Systems)
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards.

**Experience**
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 months to one year in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a paintline operation an asset.
- Working knowledge safety procedures of a manufacturing facility.
- Demonstrated experience of strong attention to detail with a high focus on quality.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
