**Job Overview**
TankTroniks is a dynamic and innovative product development company that specializes in industrial tank truck asset management systems that streamline delivery to end customer data workflows. We’re passionate about creating solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business goals safely with efficiency and accuracy. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced DevOps manager to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the backend in support of the companies Technology as a Service (TaaS) offering in the liquid road tanker sector.
- Ability to work closely with senior management in developing and executing strategic plan as it relates to TaaS model.
- Develop a bullet proof and scalable architecture plan to migrate from current to new using AWS tools and infrastructure.
- Identify and provision new resources to undertake and fulfill strategic planning goals.
- Support end user integration efforts by driving TankTroniks open API offering into new and existing partnerships.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
**Skills**
- Demonstrated success in managing teams in both development and operational IT environments.
- Ability to work closely with senior management in developing and executing strategic plan as it relates to TaaS model.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years combined experience in front and back end web development, as well as sustaining engineering execution/oversight.
- Familiar with REST-based API data management.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud platform services
- Comfortable with modern version control best practices (distributed version control, code reviews, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent spoken English is a must.
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
