**This position starts off as a 20 hour, 8-week Internship leading to a paid $25 an hour position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and conduct psychometric assessments and ensure the quality of the assessment.
- Maintain program integrity, security and data privacy.
- Support and maintain psychometric testing systems.
- Become familiar with psychometric models and gain competency in conducting psychometric assessments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
