**As a Financial Analyst, You Will**:

- Assist in month end closing and account reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget, analyze trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas
- Assist in business unit cash flow forecasting
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Analyze and conduct research in financial and expense performance
- Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested
- Consult with responsible personnel as necessary to determine causes of variances, recommend corrective action and prepare variance explanations for management
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex financial issues and provide recommendations for policies, controls or action
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

**What You Will Bring?**:

- Degree in accounting, finance or business and 3+ years’ relevant experience FP&A, creating and analyzing financial reports in a large organization
- Experience working with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
- Self-directed and highly motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access etc.
