**Who We're Looking For**:
Our ideal Junior Quality Assurance Specialist has a creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem inquisitively with a solution orientated approach. **What You'll Get To Do**:

- Perform manual tests with a meticulous attention to detail
- Develops test cases from project requirements, business requirements, design documentation, workflow processes, test plans, and coordinate testing across teams as required
- Identify and document defects, bugs, errors within the system and work closely with the development team to resolve defects
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Participate in requirements, design and code reviews
- Stage test environments to reproduce customer reported issues
- Monitor and add data required for the AI to continue to learn
- Review raw AI data to ensure it is behaving as expected
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the quality of software delivery
- Be a systems expert and a resource for the team to troubleshoot and problem solve on perceived system errors

**What We’re Looking For**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
- Understanding and knowledge of relational databases
- SQL query or MongoDB query knowledge
- Understanding of digital tracking (cookie and pixel tracking) and technical systems considered an asset
- Knowledge of various programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP are considered an asset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to think two steps ahead
- Ability to focus and get things done while juggling a wide range of tasks
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure, environment
