**Position Summary**: The Project Coordinator is responsible supporting the Project Management department with team coordination activities for various projects and tasks. **Responsibilities**: - Schedule and document client meetings, taking minutes, and distributing information to various stakeholders - Format and organize project deliverables and drawings - Assist with schedule management - Assist the Director of Project Management & Engineering with Senior Management "Project Status" reports - Monitor project deadlines, prompting action holders when required, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders - Participate in the continuous improvement activities - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications & Experience**: - Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field - 0-2 years experience in project management or a technical field - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple deadlines - Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word and Project) - Strong written and verbal communication skills
