Lash Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform consultations with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences - Provide advice on lash styles and maintenance - Perform high-quality lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes - Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to sanitation standards - Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed - Promote additional services and products to clients - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques - Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

- Valid lash technician license or certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Prior experience in a lash technician role is preferred, but not required - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$66,713.96 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
