**SUMMARY**

The Pick-Packer/ Driver will ensure the timely and accurate pick, label and staging of all outbound orders, as well as off-loading of inbound trailers in our warehouse/ distribution center.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Offloading and put-away of inbound trailers
- Picking, labelling, staging, and loading outbound shipments
- Verifies/audits quantities of all product shipped and received, noting any discrepancies to supervisor
- Complete understanding of all Vendor Compliance Manuals as it relates to UCC128 label placement
- Provide physical counts of inventory as required
- Other miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned
- Overtime may be required periodically

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Must possess and maintain both a valid Counterbalance & Reach license
- 3+ years of experience.
- Ability to be a self-starter, often working under tight time constraints, all while maintaining accuracy and quality of orders
- Must be a team player, able to work well in a small team environment
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Necessary math skills
- Experience with WMS systems, RF guns, barcode/UPC symbols an asset

**EDUCATION & SKILLS**
- High school diploma

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- Must possess and maintain both a valid Counterbalance & Reach license

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Requires long periods during which time continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting product, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
- The team member frequently is required to sit; have flexible use of hands; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and taste or smell.
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
