**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated Lawn Care Maintenance Technician to join our team This full-time position involves spring and fall clean-ups and regular mowing routes for residential clients. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a strong work ethic, this is the perfect job for you We offer competitive pay with potential bonuses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform spring and fall clean-ups.
- Mow and maintain regular routes.
- Use mowers, trimmers, and blowers to keep lawns neat.
- Provide good customer service and communicate well with clients.
- Maintain equipment in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and complete tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be graduated from high school and 18 or older.
- Previous work experience is preferred; lawn care experience is a plus but not required.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to work. (required)
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Available from April to October.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English language.

**Schedule & Pay**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
