**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket operation tools safely for elevated work
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain equipment, tools, and safety gear in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to environmental standards

**Skills**
- **ISA Certified Arborist (required)**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional arborist or tree care experience
- Strong knowledge of tree species, biology, and health management
- Experience with climbing gear and aerial lift equipment
- Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
- Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 3A or air brake endorsement is an asset)
- Additional ISA qualifications (Tree Worker Climber, TRAQ) are considered strong assets
