**Position Summary**:
Responsibilities of this role include: overseeing and managing the objectives of the Strategic Plan; facilitating key stakeholders accountable for those objectives; developing action plans; monitoring implementation; and providing regular reports on outcomes, barriers, and recommendations to ensure the achievement of success metrics. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-impact results.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Position Profile**

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy Development and Strategy Research**

- Assist in the development of the hospital's strategic plan, including defining goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Design and execute research projects utilizing a variety of methodologies, including secondary research, primary research and internal data analysis.
- Identify and evaluate relevant data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Synthesize large volumes of information into concise and insightful summaries.
- Analyze trends, drivers, emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Develop insights and forecasts (based on, but not limited to, research and analysis of trends/environmental scan) to anticipate future market developments and inform strategic planning.
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop data visualizations (charts, graphs) to effectively communicate research findings
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured research reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Present research findings to stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

**Project Management**

**Hands-on Project management support**:

- Assist Project leads in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and issues.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, risk logs, and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

**Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the project management function.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management templates and tools.

**Organizational Performance Evaluation**

- Leverage data to support leaders in monitoring and enhancing the performance of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Develop reports that support organizational performance assessment and decision making

**Process & Operations consulting**

- Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed strategic initiatives, including new service lines, partnerships, and technology adopti
