**Job Summary**
As an Operator for our Bioanalysis team at the Laval location, you will plan, operate and perform the maintenance of LC-MS/MS and/or HPLC-UV instrumentation system settings and injections of bioanalytical and/or analytical batches.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the management and care of the LC-MS/MS and/or HPLC-UV systems and columns;
- Prioritize, plan and coordinate batch injections based on operational demands and outcome of batch results;
- Perform chromatography integrations and results processing;
- Track and maintain columns logs and inventories up to date;
- Effectively troubleshoot instrumentation failures and coordinate required maintenance for instrumentation;
- Participate in the installation, certification and qualification of equipment.
**Key Elements**
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
- Collegial Diploma in Biochemistry, Chemistry or any other Science related discipline;
- At least 1 year of work experience in an Analyst (QC) position or equivalent;
- Good attention to details, observation & organizational skills;
- Good problem-solving skills.
Role Specific Information:
- Location: 445 Boul. Armand-Frappier, Laval, QC, H7V 4B3;
- Transportation: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Annual bonus based on performance;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime schedule;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
