Seeking Reliable Construction Laborer with License

**Job Overview**

I’m seeking a reliable individual with a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle to assist with day-to-day construction work. You’ll be responsible for picking me up daily, transporting materials and tools as needed, and accompanying me to job sites and any necessary stops along the way. Ideally, your vehicle should have enough space to carry job-related supplies.

Experience in construction is a plus but not a requirement—you’ll be working directly alongside me, not independently. We take on a wide variety of projects including new builds, finish work, plumbing, electrical, restoration, woodworking, and more. I do a little bit of everything, so flexibility and a willingness to learn are key.

**Duties**
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Support various construction activities including framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
