New Hamburg, Canada Klassen Bronze Ltd Full time

Klassen Bronze Ltd. located in New Hamburg, Ontario only 10 minutes west of Kitchener and currently looking for a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative. Klassen Bronze is a manufacturer and distributor of hardware products to the retail trade, across Canada. This position is considered Permanent/Full-time with 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Ø polycom voip system

Ø preparation of customer invoices and distribution of same

Ø filing of customer orders

Ø distribution of mail, faxes and documents

Ø data entry of customer orders into the computer system

Ø provide product information and quotations to existing customers

Ø provide support for our sales reps

Ø assisting customers on a dedicated French line

Ø problem solving skills

Ø working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Acrobat Adobe

Ø Ad hoc position

Your computers skills should be above average with accurate data entry.
