The Talent Development Consultant plays a key role in the implementation and management of all programs promoting the growth of leadership skills, career development, succession planning and employee self-awareness.
What you'll do

**Responsibilities**:
Talent development
Assess/identify training and skills development needs within the Company;
Assess testing needs (psychometric or other) and make recommendations.
Monitor trends and best practices in leadership development in order to adapt them internally;
Design development programs;
Participate in the implementation of an innovative skills development strategy based on the latest market trends;
Collaborate with managers to identify skills needs and opportunities, and determine training and skills development priorities;
Plan, coordinate and supervise training initiatives, ensuring their proper execution, compliance with deadlines and quality of content;
Event planning
Participate or leads in the organization of events led by the human resources department.
HR support
Supports the HR team in any other task or project in line with the Company's HR mission, vision and values.
What you'll need

**Qualifications**:
Strong oral and written skills in French and English;
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or related field;
5-7 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, ideally with a few years of experience managing a talent development program.
Experience in project management, including the planning, coordination and supervision of leadership and learning development projects.
Analytical ability to understand and assess organizational needs in terms of leadership and learning development, and to propose the most appropriate learning strategy in relation to these needs.
