River Edge Ag Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Time Farm Hand to join our team in Rolling Hills, AB. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture and looking to grow within a diverse and dynamic farming operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Perform routine and emergency equipment repairs
- Assist with seeding, spraying, potato planting and harvest, grain harvest, and general fieldwork
- Utilize GPS systems and documentation tools (GreenStar experience is a major asset)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
- Spraying experience
- Potato farming experience is a huge plus
- Grain farming experience
- Proficiency with GreenStar and other precision ag tools is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- People management experience and the ability to work collaboratively in close quarters
- Clear communicator with a team-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

- Wage: $25-$40/hour, based on skill set and experience

Work Expectations:

- Willingness to work long days and up to 6 days per week during peak seasons
- Flexibility for time off during summer and winter months
