**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide a range of dental services, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software, ensuring all medical terminology is correctly applied.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice dentistry In Ontario.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
