**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)** to manage and coordinate dermatology clinical trials. This role involves working closely with principal investigators, dermatology patients, and sponsors to ensure studies are conducted in compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Study Start-Up and Coordination**:

- Coordinate initiation visits, site qualification visits, and staff protocol training.

**Participant Management**:

- Recruit and screen patients with dermatological conditions according to protocol criteria.
- Conduct informed consent discussions and maintain detailed documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate study visits, including biopsies, skin assessments, and photography as required by protocol.

**Data Collection and Monitoring**:

- Collect and document clinical trial data accurately in Case Report Forms and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Ensure accurate tracking of dermatological assessments, adverse events, and concomitant medications.
- Take high-quality standardized skin photographs (if needed) and assist with clinical evaluations.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Maintain study binders and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and institutional guidelines.
- Report adverse events and serious adverse events (AEs/SAEs) in a timely manner.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between dermatology research staff, participants, and sponsors.
- Coordinate with clinical providers, lab personnel, and pharmacies for study-related procedures and logistics.
- Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and site closeouts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., nursing, medicine, biology, public health). RN or advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**:Research experience is an asset but not required. Training will be given.**:

- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with dermatological terminology, assessments, and photography.
- Proficiency in EDC systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor in working with patients.

**Work Environment**:

- Based in a dermatology clinic
- Hands-on work with patients undergoing dermatologic assessments and procedures.

Pay: $41,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
