Your responsibilities:

- Maximize opportunities to increase sales and profits during their days in charge.
- Support the store manager by providing coaching and training to employees.
- Assist the manager in hiring, recruitment, coaching and administrative performance.
- Participate in the training of new employees and seasonal employees.
- Work with the Store Manager to plan, execute and delegate weekly tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with the team and administration.
- Merchandise in order to maximize sales.
- Implement and maintain merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the store manager in his/her objectives and new initiatives.
- All other related tasks.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
