Hiring part time line cooks for a busy diner in the north end of London, known as an institutions of family dining.

We are looking for energetic, line cooks to join our team. We serve Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and are open 8am - 7pm daily.

We are known for our amazing food, All Day Breakfasts and great customer service Previous experience is considered an asset but we would train the right person. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, evenings & weekends.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- $18 - $22 per hour, plus tips paid out monthly
- Closed Holidays except Labour Day

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day/Afternoon/Evening shifts
- Monday to Friday, and Weekends

**Responsibilities Include, but not limited to**:

- Understands menus and recipes
- Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation standards
- Demonstrate respect for fellow associates, equipment and customers
- Helps assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed
- Prepares food as directed
- Seasons and prepares a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, salads, and cereals
- Organize food storage and kitchen equipment
- Caters special events as required
- Disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
