**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage finished goods incubation/regulatory hold and releases and coordinate to third party logistics and release product in ERP system/SAP
- Review and verify quality testing data; finished product micro results, analytical, identity preserved product, and environmental tests results
- Manage outside lab testing activities, submit samples to external testing laboratories/ suppliers, review results and report deviations as required
- Manage first production sample requests including coordinating sample shipment to customer
- Review and verify Ingredients and materials COAs conformity to Specifications. Ensure non-conformity are communicated and addressed
- Reviews and manage shelf life, complaints and allergen program and test results
- Leads sensory program of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure records are maintained in an organized manner and issues are communicated
- Provides training/knowledge transfer and assist in continuous evaluation of quality and operations employees testing status and progress
- Verifies product quality checks, QC Records and CCP monitoring to include thermal process documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Lead Infinity Quality System project by providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of overfill % and process related reporting, management of IQS user access, update new and existing product specification data in the system and troubleshooting fundamental errors
- Act as a back-up for Lab Coordinator, QC Supervisor, QC and Micro-Technicians
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees.
- Performed other duties assigned as required

Minimum Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary degree in Sciences (such as Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Sciences preferred) or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years working within a dynamic Quality department
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Infinity QS program is preferred
- Experience in aseptic and thermal process is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work occasional night shift and weekend as required
