Job Title: Flooring Installer

**Duties**:

- Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Prepare the subfloor by cleaning, leveling, and removing any existing flooring or debris
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to install flooring materials accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials for a professional finish
- Trim and finish edges of flooring materials as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a flooring installer or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different installation challenges
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites as required
