CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAIL

An established, family owned & operated retail company is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Retail Clerk for our Kitchener location.

The following skills are required and listed as follows:
Excellent customer service skills

Prior sales experience and product knowledge an asset within the beauty salon industry selling beauty products to licensed hair stylists, estheticians, salon owners, barbers, etc.

Ability to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing the individual needs of each customer

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and organize the store

Comfortable with completion of sale on a computer/bank machine (debit/credit card transactions)

Daily cash balancing

Merchandising and organizing

Restocking shelves

Ability to lift 50 pounds to put away product

Ability to work within a team environment

Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) an asset

This position requires full time hours for training to start but will move to permanent part time.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
