**We're Hiring: Social Media Coordinator**

Looking for a fun, creative person to join us in building something awesome from the ground up. We already run a few businesses and manage social media for a handful of clients, but we’re dreaming bigger. Think potential start-up, laid-back energy, and lots of room to grow.

This isn't a well-organized and established role; it's brand new and something we think we can scale (we already have a web development business, so it fits right in). If you are hoping for a full team that knows what they're doing, this isn't it. But if you want to do something fun and be part of developing something new, apply

**Qualifications**:
This isn’t your average job post. We don’t care about your resume. What we _do_ care about:

- Do you know how to tell a story through a reel, a carousel, or a caption that actually makes people stop scrolling?
- Can you whip up eye-catching graphics in Canva that don’t scream “I just used a template”?
- Are you all about keeping a feed fresh, fun, and full of personality?

**Duties (If you don't know how to do it, we'll teach you)**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Utilize tools such as HopperHQ for scheduling and monitoring social media posts.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Bonus points** if you're in the Fraser Valley and love snapping candid photos, because our employees are terrible at sending us photos that would be good for social media.

Our current roster includes The Bugman Pest Control (Fraser Valley + Kelowna), Holiday Heroes, Fraser Valley Christmas Lights, FUSE Power Washing (Calgary), Precision Window Washing, Superman Services, and Curious Mind Research Group.

Pay: $18.00-$28.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
