Part-time Evening Office Cleaner

**We are hiring evening cleaners with prior experience.**

**Schedule: 2-4 days per week (3-5 hours per shift)**

**Location: Downtown Toronto. (King St., York St., Front St. Spadina Ave.)**

**Cleaning responsibilities**:

- Provide cleaning services for offices independently and/or as a team
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, desks and chairs
- Cleaning kitchens and eating areas, including washing dishes by hand or dishwasher
- Vacuuming and Sweeping
- Mopping thoroughly while using the right solution for the floor
- Ensuring garbage and recycling bins are thrown out and replaced
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms and restocking paper towels and toilet paper
- Complete a cleaning checklist
- Report any issues and contact management when facing obstacles
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request as needed through an easy to use app
- Other cleaning duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of cleaning experience is required
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills including listening, following directions and replying with quick response times
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be professional
- Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and sequence
- English proficiency is a must
- WHMIS or health and safety training is an asset
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
