Carpenter (Journeyperson & Apprentices)

We are seeking skilled and motivated **Carpenters** to join our growing team in a **full-time, permanent position**. This role involves hands-on work in both **residential and commercial settings**, performing everything from new builds to renovations and repairs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret **blueprints, drawings, and specifications** to plan and execute projects.
- Assist supervisors with **structural design, layout, and installation**.
- Perform installation and repair of **doors, windows, stairs, drywall, cabinets, siding, and other fixtures**.
- Build **foundations, floor systems, subflooring, walls, and roof systems**.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, health, and safety regulations**.
- Provide excellent **customer service** when interacting with clients.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial wooden structures.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Completion of a **recognized carpentry apprenticeship** or **current enrollment** in one.
- Equivalent **education and experience** will also be considered.
- Strong **mathematical and problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork abilities**.
- Proven experience with **door, window, and siding installation**.
- Physically fit with the stamina and strength to handle demanding work.
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Able to work **outdoors in various weather conditions** and lift heavy objects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to **work independently or as part of a team**.
