**Retail Sales Associate (Aurora)**

Do you have an eye for design? Tilemaster has been family owned for more than 40 years, providing tile and supplies for all renovations. We create and maintain relationships with design companies, homebuilders, and commercial clients. We are proud to provide top of the line products and services to help complete your renovation needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom.
- Accurately answer questions and give direction to customers.
- Collect payments using the store point of sale system. As well as processing returns and exchanges.
- Provide insight in helping clients with their design inquires and home projects.
- Have a general understanding of the tile industry. Proactively familiarize yourself with new products, the merchandise, and how to sell them.
- Find creative ways to use our collections and stay up to date with design trends.
- Picking sample tiles from warehouse for customers.
- Keeping a clean and safe environment.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2-Year retail sales and POS experience.
- Minimum 2-Years customer service experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work individually, and as part of a team.
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Experience in tile or related construction field is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
