The Supervisor recruits, orients, coordinates training, supervises, and evaluates employee performance. The Supervisor is responsible for developing and monitoring operational targets and making adjustments in daily work to achieve those targets, ensuring safe work practices and a safe environment. Implements and conducts audits, surveys and other tools that promote accurate, quality, client focused services delivered in a cost effective manner. Creates and maintains good communication with departmental and site personnel as well as patients, families and visitors. This position is non-unionized.

**Required Qualifications**:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related health care experience. Experience in employee scheduling. Experience in conducting satisfaction surveys/quality audits. Experience in customer relations.
