**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of painters on residential and commercial projects
- Plan, organize, and delegate daily tasks to meet project timelines
- Ensure all work meets Swatch Pro Painters’ quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
- Assist with hands-on painting as needed

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional painting experience is required (crew lead/supervisory experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow work orders, plans, and specifications
- Living local to North Perth and surround areas required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
- A positive attitude and commitment to team success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
