**Position Overview**:
As the Community Manager at CollabHive, you’ll be the heart and face of our Co-Working spaces, ensuring seamless daily operations and a vibrant, collaborative environment where businesses and entrepreneurs can thrive.

Your role will focus on site administration, client engagement, event planning, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Co-Working space to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as the main point of contact with building management, ensuring the site is flawless.
- Greet and assist members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support.
- Plan and execute community events to encourage networking and collaboration.
- Think creatively to enhance the member experience and bring fresh ideas to life.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized workspace.
- Collaborate with internal teams to boost member engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, Community Management, or a related role.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

4. Welcoming, approachable personality with a genuine passion for relationship building.

5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office

7. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

8. Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

Pay: $36,647.61-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- property management: 2 years (preferred)
