Front of House Manager

We are looking for an upbeat, outgoing individual who will lead our team by working alongside staff to serve customers and provide exceptional customer service, manage all aspects of front of house operations.
- Work with staff, plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily operations including:
- Ensure the store is being run both efficiently and effectively and the highest level of customer service is being met
- Work with staff to complete all tasks, while safeguarding product quality, consistency and food safety
- Ensure daily opening and closing lists are completed
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols
- Address customer service complaints & concerns
Additional Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train & supervise staff
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Secure catering opportunities or use of facilities
- Must be available to work both day and evenings both weekday and weekends
**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,300.00 per year

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
