**Job Summary**:
The Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and repair services to customers of a Sub-Zero Wolf Cove Premier Partner in an assigned market. The Service Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, as well as provide maintenance and preventative care to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and repair services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, including Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Document service and repair activities in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate with customers and office staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and education.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in appliance repair and service or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Complete invoicing and service related payments online
- High level customer service and communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and move appliances up to 50 pounds.
- EPA Certification
