**What you’ll be doing**
- Safely operate woodworking machinery to produce assembly parts
- Work alongside manufacturing staff, building quality custom cabinetry.
- Prepare melamine parts for assembly
- Manufacture cabinet parts
- Automatic edge bander set up and operation
- Automatic CNC setup and operation
- Utilize hand tools and drills for assembly
- Assist with lifting cabinets & panels
- Assist with installation of cabinets and cabinet parts
- Clean and maintain work areas, including machinery and tools, to ensure a safe working environment

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in cabinet making and woodworking machine operating
- Passion for working in a collaborative setting
- Strong attention to detail; for you, “good enough” is never good enough
- Practical skills for using hand and machine tools
- Ability to understand, draft, or adapt designs and technical drawings
- Ability to work out quantities and measurements
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- The initiative to work independently in a workplace free of micromanaging
