Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: North York, Ontario with some travel to other areas within the GTA
The Play Base is looking for BCBA ( R.B.A. ( Ont)) to join our team in the following areas:
- North Toronto
- Centra Toronto
- West Greater Toronto Area
- East Greater Toronto Area

**Supervising Therapist Responsibilities**:
- Attends regular supervision and team meetings
- Travels to client sites to deliver services
- Provides supervision to Lead Therapists and Instructor Therapists within the scope of their certification or qualifications
- Observation, data collection, data graphing, and analysis of graphical information
- Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioural intervention (e.g., stimulus preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment) or for evaluating behavioural interventions
- Designing, implementing, and systematically monitoring skill-acquisition, behaviour support plans and behaviour-reduction programs
- Researching the literature relevant to a current client’s programming
- Writing and revising behavior-analytic programs, behaviour plans, progress summaries, clinical notes, transition summaries, and professional correspondence
- Overseeing the implementation of behaviour-analytic programs by others
- Training staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs or content
- Designing behavioural systems and performance management
- Meeting with clients about behavior-analytic programming and services and communicating and collaborating effectively with caregivers and other professionals
- Attending planning meetings regarding the behaviour-analytic program (ie. family meetings, organizational consultations, funding support)
- Writing and providing progress reports
- Conduct Interviews of Lead Therapists and Therapists as requested by the Clinical Manager
- Other activities normally performed by a behaviour analyst that are directly related to behaviour analysis

- BCBA: Hold a BCBA certification or currently hold this as your career goal
- Registration with the College of Psychologists: Hold an R.B.A. (Ont) Certification in good standing
