** The Product Specialist acts as the customer's first point of contact, offering product knowledge, a consultative experience, and a welcoming, low-pressure approach to vehicle sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning continuously, and being part of a fast-paced, rewarding environment.**:

** Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and engage customers, both in the showroom and online, creating a positive and welcoming experience.**:

- **Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.**:

- **Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.**:

- **Stay informed about current vehicle models, trims, features, and available promotions.**:

- **Assist in test drives and explain vehicle technology and performance features clearly.**:

- **Work with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.**:

- **Help with vehicle displays, lot organization, and dealership events when needed**:

** Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in customer service or retail; automotive experience is an asset but not required.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **A passion for vehicles and helping people.**:

- **Ability to work in a team environment and independently.**:

- **Willingness to learn continuously—training is provided.**:

- **Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.**:

- **AMVIC license**:
