**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting the perfect flowers for any occasion.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for upselling by suggesting additional products and services, such as vases, balloons, or greeting cards, to complement their floral purchase.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including arranging displays and restocking inventory to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash, credit card payments, and gift certificates with care.
- Actively participate in promotional events, marketing initiatives, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
- Answer Phone in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a floral or similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
