Commercial Manager

AECOM is seeking a **Commercial Manager** to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of **Mississauga**. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
**Major Responsibilities**:- Supports Program Leads in contract execution, including change control, performance management, and payments.- Ensures efficient and timely management of procurements, contractors, consultants, constructors, and supply chain agreements.- Implements and maintains accurate, timely commercial reporting, integrating it with broader program reporting.- Facilitates clear communication of contract deliverables, compliance requirements, and change management processes to key stakeholders, the delivery team, and shared services leads.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- University Degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field + 8 years of relevant experience in commercial management roles on major infrastructure programs.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- 10 years of experience in commercial management roles within major infrastructure programs.- Proven expertise in commercial management across both pre
- and post-contract phases.- Skilled in contract negotiations, including managing contract changes.- Experience working with cost-reimbursable contracts.- In-depth knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, estimating, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.- Strong understanding of program controls disciplines and performance analytics.- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate large groups and facilitate workshops.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Additional Information**
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
