**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team in various landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for tasks such as digging, building structures, and maintaining garden areas.
- Plan and execute irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and landscapes.
- Train team members on the safe use of equipment and best practices in landscape maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Manage a team of employees (2-3 employees)
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to schedule projects and allocate resources efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and garden maintenance practices.
- Ability to dig, build, and maintain various landscape features effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Experience as a supervisor.
- Experience operating a mini excavator, quad, chain saw and small equipment.
- Boat license required.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $22.01-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- landscaper: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
