**Responsibilities**:
- The Lab Logistics Coordinator is responsible for- management of inventory and PV/DV storage in the Tilbury lab and in the external warehouse.
- Receiving parts coming into the lab, notifying staff of part arrival
- Identifying which task the parts are supporting and either store items or distribute them to the test location or shipment
- Packing parts for shipments, including identifying and following all customer requirements and labelling parts appropriately.
- Physical management of part scrapping, including moving full bins, putting parts in appropriate bins and escalating issues preventing proper scrap management.
- Run mechanical tests, when required for either IP support of R&D test requests.
- Move items between lab and warehouses using lab truck or supporting rigger-loading
- Manage inventory of packing materials.
- Assist with lab cleanup activities
- Education, Experience and Skills- Business/Technical Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a test environment preferred
- Prior experience with inventory management preferred
- Prior experience operating lift truck in an industrial environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Working level second language (Portuguese/German/Japanese) is a plus.
- Ability to problem solve and work without immediate supervision
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and SAP
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
