**We are recruiting experienced associate lawyers. 5+ years of experience is required to be considered for the positions. You will be walking in to a bustling practice with 100+ files at the commencement of your employment.**

**Duties**
- Conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
- Analyzing and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
- Presenting evidence and arguments in court
- Advising clients on legal rights and obligations - Developing case strategies and plans

**Skills**
- Strong research skills to effectively gather and analyze legal information
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in legal drafting to prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other parties involved
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess legal issues
- Mediation skills, family dispute resolution skills, and parenting coordination would all be seen as assets
- Practice experience in family law, real estate, and wills and estates, including estate litigation, a requirement

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
