In this role, you will turn marketing and digital data into clear, actionable insights that support national growth, fundraising, and donor engagement. Working closely with the Data & Analytics and Brand & Integrated Marketing teams, you will help optimize campaign performance and improve supporter experiences across digital channels. Your work will directly inform strategy, guide decision-making, and strengthen our data-driven impact. This role can be based anywhere in Canada and is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position. The hiring range for this role is $78,000 to $86,000. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Use marketing and digital data to generate insights that support fundraising, growth, and donor engagement. - Build dashboards and reports that help teams understand results and make informed decisions. - Design, build and optimize data-driven campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Support testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and supporter experience. - Assist with audience segmentation and data preparation for targeted campaigns. - Work with marketing and analytics tools to support campaign delivery and measurement. - Provide post-campaign analysis and clear recommendations for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Marketing, Fundraising, Data, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy. - Translate data into insights that are easy to understand for non-technical audiences. - Contribute to a collaborative, data-informed culture focused on impact and learning. - Other duties as required. WHAT YOU BRING - Post-secondary education in data analytics, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, marketing technology, or a related analytical role. - Experience working with analytics, reporting, and marketing technology platforms to support campaign performance and decision-making. - Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, R or Python, visualization tools (Power BI or other), and Salesforce or similar platforms. - Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting shared goals. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences. - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving needs. - A clear Criminal Background Check will be required.
