**IT Generalist (2+1 Year Contract)**

Major Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Providing technical support to end-users, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Assisting with system administration tasks such as patch management and performance monitoring.
- Supporting network and security operations to maintain a secure and stable IT environment.
- Working with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues.
- Creating and updating end-user and system documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Proficiency with O365, Azure AD.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and mobile OS environments.

**Assets**:

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security +, VM Ware, Microsoft.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or equivalent frameworks.

**Hours of work**: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (35 hours/week) in office.

The current annual salary range for this non-union position is **$70,243-$87,795.**
