Looking for a self-motivated, dynamic person to join our team who can communicate with others in a cheerful and positive way.

Job duties include, but are not limited to

  • Taking payments
  • Processing extended healthcare benefits
  • Booking appointments/ Scheduling
  • Answering phones
  • Keeping the clinic clean and tidy
  • Assisting the therapist as needed

Work hours: Monday - Friday variable hours

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Education**

  • Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
