**Job description**

Stok’d Cannabis is seeking Budtenders/Delivery Drivers for our Niagara Falls location. We’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic cannabis enthusiasts, with great peoples skills, who are excited to join and excel in the cannabis industry.

The individuals we’re looking for are responsible, conscientious, and stok’d about both cannabis and customer service. Responsibilities include:

- Providing fantastic customer service, through the ability to engage in conversation and ask questions that lead to a positive customer experience
- Educating customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, accessories and safe practices
- Building rapport with customers that encourage long term relationships with our store
- Staying up to date on industry trends, product announcements, and latest news
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, and abiding by all Government regulations regarding cannabis
- Maintaining inventory best practices and ordering cannabis for this location
- Maintaining delivery best practices for this location

**Requirements**:

- Valid Cannsell Certificate
- A clean criminal background check
- Valid driver license for deliveries / working vehicle
- Experience working in sales, retail and/or customer service
- Knowledge of cannabis, gained through the regulated or unregulated markets, is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with availability and assigned duties
- Basic understanding of math and ability to work with a cannabis POS system
- Passionate, fun, warm and friendly
