Job Title: Part time Property Management Assistant in Niagara region,

Location: Flexible

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $17- $20/ hour (depending on experience and performance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing tasks with tenants and contractors to ensure timely completion
- Verify invoices and assist with payments
- Take care of paper work, filing forms and notices with tenants. Training will be provided on these
- Help with ordering materials from stores
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Knowledge of task management apps and tools
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends but flexibility

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
