UpperBee est une entreprise québécoise spécialisée dans le développement de logiciels de gestion immobilière. Elle propose une gamme de solutions numériques pour la gestion de copropriétés, d'immeubles locatifs. Sa plateforme aide les gestionnaires immobiliers, les copropriétaires, et les locataires en fournissant des outils pour gérer efficacement la comptabilité, les opérations, les communications, et les documents d’immeubles.

**Responsabilités**:

- ** Collaborer activement** avec les clients et les équipes internes pour identifier et hiérarchiser les besoins, transformant leurs idées en solutions concrètes et performantes.
- ** Définir les priorités stratégiques** et gérer le backlog produit en étroite coordination avec les équipes.
- ** Imaginer et concevoir des prototypes **en maquette pour tester et visualiser de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- ** Travailler main dans la main** avec les développeurs web pour une parfaite compréhension des besoins et des spécifications techniques.
- ** Mener des tests utilisateurs** pour assurer la qualité et la pertinence des fonctionnalités avant leur mise en ligne.
- ** Analyser les messages d’erreur** et apporter des solutions rapides pour maintenir une expérience utilisateur fluide et sans encombre.
- ** Recueillir et analyser les retours utilisateurs**, procédant aux ajustements nécessaires pour maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Expérience de 3 ans minimum** en tant que Product Owner, idéalement dans la gestion de l’immobilier ou dans un secteur connexe.
- ** Diplôme** en informatique (BAC).
- ** Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles** et compétence en gestion de projet.
- ** Facilité d'apprentissage** et d'appropriation des logiciels maison
- ** Aisance avec les outils de prototypage** (Visio) pour faciliter la conception et la validation des maquettes.
- ** Bilingue** : maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- **_ Compétences techniques de base en programmation (un atout)_**.
