**Overview**

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **cutting women's hair, Colouring, Highlights/Balayage, Color Correction, Toning/Root Shadowing, Bleach, Keratin Treatment.**:

- Minimum **5 years of professional experience**:

- A **valid hairstyling certificate**:

- A comprehensive **portfolio or social media account showcasing your work**:

- **Proficiency in English**; additional languages are considered an asset
- At least **2 years of hairstyling experience in Canada**:

- **Exceptional client service and communication skills**:

- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Experience with **hair extensions** is considered an asset
- Proficiency in **men's haircutting techniques** is considered an asset

**Other Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable hairstyles
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the salon
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting, such as booking or editing schedules and answering the phone.

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
