**About the Role**:
As a District Manager, you are motivated by the desire to support and advise franchise stores. You guide your teams according to Freshslice standards, to deliver great customer experiences and drive the growth of all Freshslice stores.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service
- Have at least five years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.

**Bonuses**:

- Annual Performance Bonus
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full Area, State or Province as a Master Franchisee, you earn a **$50,000** referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full single store Franchise, you earn a **$10,000** referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up getting **Hired** on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn **$5,000** referral bonus. Your Referral will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live the area.
- You will receive a **$1,000** bonus for each successful location you find.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
