**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to inspire and empower learners across diverse age groups and educational backgrounds. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in fostering academic growth, confidence, and enthusiasm by delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while developing your teaching skills in a dynamic environment.

**Duties**
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student goals
- Ability to teach students between Grades 1-8. High school teaching ability is also an asset and will be considered in resume.
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with tutoring, teaching, or classroom management in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
- Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education experience
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital instructional tools
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners, including those with special education needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate students
- Demonstrated experience working with students of varying ages, including adult education or childcare settings
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
