Score Valves is currently looking for an Experienced Valve Technician. We specialize in butterfly valves and offer a complete line of double and triple-offset designs.

We have supplied a full line of HIGHSEAL® double offset butterfly valves since 2001. HIGHSEALS are offered with Teflon®, fire-safe, metal-to-metal, and rubber-lined seats. We carry a large inventory of double-offset butterflies and can easily accommodate same-day deliveries.

Score Valves is currently looking for an experienced Valve Technician. Some duties include:

- Picking parts for assembly as per job order instructions.
- Assemble new (disassemble and reassemble repaired or modified) valves, inspecting parts during assembly to ensure they are not damaged.
- Hydro-statically (water) pressure test or gas (Nitrogen/air) test valves in the test stand.
- Painting and tagging of valves prior to shipment as required.
- Perform equipment maintenance as required.

**Required Skills for Valve Technician**:

- Must be highly trainable, dependable and efficient at production
- Must possess general mechanical aptitude and background with emphasis on troubleshooting and problem solving

**Required Experience/Education for Valve Technician**:

- 5 years in Oilfield Valve repair (ANSI, API) - disassembly, assembly and testing
- Safety Committee/Toolbox experience
- Overhead Crane certification
- Forklift certification
- High school Diploma
- Basic Computer
- Valid, clean driver’s abstract
- Understand and read English

**Additional Information for Valve Technician**:

- Fast-paced shop
- Overtime required when necessary
- Frequent exposure to noise, heat, dust
- Must be able to complete a 3rd party fitness test.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
